WELCOME TO THE 2021 SUMMER OPENER!

UPDATES:
  • Due to an emergency family issue, the food truck will not be able to attend. Please plan accordingly.
  • We were unable to make hoodies happen this year logistically, we sincerely apologize.

ARRIVING:

  • Go directly HERE. Do not use the main entrance of Cascade Peaks. Look for flags/banners on the side of the highway just down the road. DO NOT arrive before 6PM PST on Thursday, June 24th. Have your ID ready to show in order to get your wristband for event access, your event shirt, event decal, and immediately enter to win the bike.
  • Camp anywhere in the area designated on the map. Please be space conscious and SHARE your power/water hookups!

 

SPECIAL HAPPENINGS:

VIDEO CONTEST! Tully and Sam will be collecting your footage (edited down into individual clips of the exciting parts only) and will compile it into a collab video for the event. There will be prizes for winning "best of" different categories, and they will be doing the same for photos. Presentation will be Saturday night on the 200" screen in the FOREST THEATER at 9PM. Enter your clips to the MAIN GATHERING at 6pm on Saturday. There will be SIX cards given out to the winners for a year of GAIA PREMIUM.

FREE BEER?? Yes, it's true! Check the schedule, Packwood Brewing Co will be on site Friday, Saturday, and Sunday giving out FREE beer samples.

WIN A 2021 KTM 500 DUAL SPORT. Upon check-in, you will receive a ticket with a number that will be attached to your name/waiver, and the other side of the ticket will go into a custom security sealed box to be used to choose the winner on Saturday night at 10PM.

BDR MOVIE/PRESENTATION. Check the schedule for the time for the two different BDR showings on the 200" screen at MAIN GATHERING.

    • Check the MVUM for the area.
    • Go to the ACTIVITY AREA at the time of the Riders Meetings on the schedule, and ask other riders for information.
    • Hang out around the common areas of camp, chat with other riders. Go to the scheduled activities. This is a community event, don't be shy!
  • Don't know who to ride with?
    • Go to the ACTIVITY AREA at the time of the Riders Meetings on the schedule, and find others to ride with.
    • Post in the FB group that you are here and want to find a crew to ride with.
    • Hang out around the common areas of camp, chat with other riders. Go to the scheduled activities. This is a community event, don't be shy!
  • How late can I check in?
    • You have until 3pm on Saturday the 26th to get checked in to the event, receive your shirt, and be eligible to win the bike. The gate will be operating 24 hours a day from Thu 24th 6PM until Sat 28th 3PM.
  • Can I get an extra event shirt?
    • Starting at 3pm on Saturday the 26th, the PNWDS booth will have the remaining event shirts available to purchase, as well as special edition decals. Bring cash.
